Purchases from Ruveth are transactions with Wing Cheung Hing Company Limited.
1. Available payment methods
The payment methods available for your location, device and order are displayed at checkout. Card brands, PayPal and accelerated wallet options are offered only when they are shown as available for your transaction. A payment logo elsewhere on the website does not guarantee that method is available for every order.
If PayPal is available and selected, you will complete authorization through PayPal. Guest card checkout through PayPal is subject to PayPal's eligibility rules and is not guaranteed.
2. Currency and charges
The store's base currency is US dollars (USD). The checkout shows the transaction currency and total payable, including shipping and any taxes collected by us, before payment. If you pay using an account in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or conversion fee.
Standard shipping is US$5.99 per order for eligible standard-shipping destinations, as described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Any valid promotion is shown before you pay.
3. Payment processing
Payment details are processed through the checkout and the selected payment provider. We receive order and transaction information needed to fulfill your purchase and handle support. Do not email us your full payment card number, security code or account password.
If payment is declined, check your billing details and contact your bank or provider. A pending authorization may take time to disappear if an order is not completed. Do not repeatedly submit payment if you are unsure whether an order succeeded; contact us with the relevant order details.
4. Refunds and payment questions
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method according to our Return & Refund Policy or cancellation terms in our Terms of Service. We do not require an extra payment to release a refund.
