Return ＆ Refund Policy

This policy applies to cushion covers purchased from Ruveth, operated by Wing Cheung Hing Company Limited. It provides a voluntary return option in addition to any rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
1. The 30-day return request window
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery. The cover must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with any tags and original packaging where reasonably available. You may carefully inspect the item to decide whether to keep it. Provide an order number or another reasonable proof of purchase.
Use, washing, stains, odors, pet damage or other damage caused after delivery may make an item ineligible for a voluntary change-of-mind return. These conditions do not remove your rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.
2. How to arrange a return
Email support@ruveth.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. For a quality issue, describe the problem; photographs may help where reasonably available. We aim to respond within two business days with eligibility information and return instructions.
Please contact us before dispatching the parcel so we can identify your return and provide the correct instructions. A failure to obtain a return reference will not by itself remove any mandatory legal right to return faulty goods or cancel a qualifying distance sale.

This is our US returns warehouse, not the registered office of Wing Cheung Hing Company Limited. Do not send returns to our Hong Kong registered office. Include your order number inside the parcel. Keep evidence of dispatch and consider a tracked service.
4. Who pays the shipping costs
Change of mind: You pay the direct cost of sending the item to the US returns warehouse. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable for voluntary change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods: We cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide the remedy required by law. Contact us before paying for return postage so we can arrange a prepaid label or agree reimbursement. If a refund is the appropriate remedy, it includes applicable original shipping charges.
International customers should consider the cost of returning goods to the United States before ordering. Statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights are not limited by this voluntary policy.
5. Faults, transit damage and incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives and tell us about any problem as soon as reasonably possible. We will assess the issue and offer the applicable remedy, such as a replacement or refund. There is no separate 72-hour reporting deadline that cancels your legal rights.
Normal differences caused by screen settings or lighting do not by themselves establish a defect. This does not permit us to supply an item that materially differs from its description, dimensions, composition or images.
6. Refunds
For voluntary returns, we will inspect the returned item and issue any approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt. If we decline a voluntary return, we will explain the reason. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 3–5 business days to display the credit. Contact us if a refund has not appeared within 15 business days after approval.
We refund the amount actually paid for the returned item, taking account of the discount allocated to it. If a promotion required a complete set, we will explain any effect of a partial return before you proceed. We will not replace a cash refund with store credit without your agreement where a monetary refund is due.
7. Exchanges and exclusions
Contact us if you would prefer another available cover. An exchange depends on stock and your agreement to any price difference. Discounted cushion covers remain eligible under this policy; a sale price alone does not make an item non-returnable. Any exceptional restriction on a future genuinely personalized product must be disclosed before purchase and cannot exclude remedies for faults.
8. Statutory cancellation rights
Where EU, UK or other applicable distance-selling law gives you a 14-day cancellation right, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 calendar days after you, or your nominated recipient, receives the goods. You may use any clear statement by email; no special form is required. Where that law applies, return goods within 14 days after notifying us.
For a qualifying statutory cancellation, we refund the amount due, including the standard outbound delivery cost where required, within 14 calendar days after your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier, where the law allows. You pay direct return costs for change-of-mind cancellations where properly disclosed. Any lawful deduction is limited to diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is not a condition of exercising that statutory right.
Where a mandatory legal rule is more favorable than this policy, that rule applies. Choosing Hong Kong law in our Terms does not remove non-excludable consumer protections.
